On the surface of 8 hectares a settlement will be built with 320 apartments in semi-detached houses, with a park and lot of green surfaces.
An american-israelian investment group Atia is building in Samobor a new settlement of family houses and semi-detached houses in which 50 million euro will be invested. After buying out 80.000 square meters of land near the future sports centre Šmidhen, and financed the urbanistic building plan, the construction should start in the spring of next year.
