Company Atia Projekt started undertaking necessary steps for issue of location permits for buildings that will be built on 80.000 m2 of land near future water park and sports center Smidhen. This American –Israeli investment group plans to invest about 50.000.000,00 EUR in the development named Samobor Gardens that will consequentially become one of biggest investments in Samobor area.
“Atia Projekt intends to build residential homes and town houses. Planned number of residential units from 110 to 180m2 that will house approximately 1000 people is app.360.”- says Mladen Poropat, Business Manager for Croatia.
Investor wishes to build a modern residential area providing upscale quality of living. This development will have a spacious park, lots of trees and walking paths.
“All residential units will consist of ground floor, fist floor and attic aiming to fit into Samobor surroundings so that living there feels like living in a family home” says Zoran Hebar, Architect of the Urban Plan of Development of the whole area. New residential zone features supporting facilities such as: public areas, shops, cafés and kindergartens thus providing added value in modern residential planning” –says Architect Hebar.
“Beginning of construction is planned for spring 2009, when first homes will be built together with landscaping works so that new inhabitants will immediately have finished urban settlement”.-says Mladen Poropat.
Atia Group ltd is trading on London Stock Exchange and Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and invests also in Croatia as the emerging market with excellent prospects. Atia Group has already finished the 8.000.000, 00 EUR project of urban villas near Pula also in Croatia.
