Town-planning scheme Sitnica

From today till July 30th citizens can descry town-planning scheme Sitnica 1 in Samobor town hall, on the Tomislav square, where a public presentation will be organised at July 7th.
In Sitnica, particularly, in March next year american-israeli company Atia Group begins to build settlement of family houses and semi-detached houses. Settlement will be spread on 5,5 hectares contemporary ploug-fields by the street Ulica grada Wirgesa, near future aqua park Šmidhen. In settlement they will build 341 appartments, for 1200 inhabitants. Investment is 50 million euro.
