The insight is possible on week days from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the building of the headquarters, where it is possible to inscribe objections to the plan. The public presentation will be held on the 9. of June at 5 p.m..

With the first day of this insight for the DPU Šmidhen 1 all became ready for the public discussion on the near by, east parcel, where a housing settlement Sitnice 1 should be organized. The proposition of the decission was found on the conference of the headquarters and was forwarded towards the City Council. The plan is implied on the part of the territory determined by GUP, with a surface of 17,16 ha, and for the part of 7 ha the Urbanistic plan of settlement was made by the Urbanistic Institute of City Zagreb, on the request of the owner of the proprety, the trade association Sitnice d.o.o.. For the part Sitnice 1 construction of 341 apartments is anticipated, and on the whole volume around 1000 apartments. It is refered that the settlement must be comfortable for living, equiped with all necessary contents and it should  remind on traditional samobor sceneries.

In front of the members of the Headquarters, Zoran Hebar said in the name of the makers that on this teritory are planned park areas that are three times larger than it is prescribed by GUP, with a central park and a small square. A recreation centre and a kinder garden is planned as well. According to the assessments, the settlement would have between 3000 and 3500 people, and the storeys of the buildings would be a basement, ground floor and an attic. Public discussion on the plan will last from 30. of June till 30. of July, insight and remarks can be submited on working days from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the building of the Headquarters, and the public discussion is on 7. of July at 5 p.m.

In the course of the conference the suggestion of the Decision on comunal order has been modulated with  the Law of misdemeanours, which was put into effect on January 1. of 2008., and in it the paragraph 33. says that for a misdemeanour prescribed by a decission of the unit of local and county self-goverment to the legal entity cannot be prescribed a fine in the amount less than 500 kn, nor higher than 10.000 kn, and to a natural person a fine in the amount less than 100, nor higher than 2.000 kn, what in the end means higher fines than before.

That is why, for instance, the citizen will have to pay a fine from 300 to 800 kn, if he is destroying and polluting the neatly set posters, if he is without authorization removing fruit from trees and bushes, plucking and destroying flowers, pulling out flower and grass sods, picking law protected herbs, diging and taking away the humus, does not clean the public surface that was polluted by his dog… The fine of 400 till 2.000 kn is paid for selling agricultural and other products beyond market space, setting removable gadgets on the public surface without authoriazation, with vehicle polluting public surfaces, making excavations of green surfaces for installations without authorization, shelving wastes beyond the area that is specified for that purpose or keeping domestic animals on surface on which the same is forbiden.

Also, with the new law it is coordinated the suggestion of the Dwcision on conditions and way of keeping the pets and a way and treatment with abandoned animals. Its approval to the deciosion gave the Society for protection of animals in the City Samobor Đeki, and the approval should be given by city councils as well.
In the programme of managament of housing and business fund for the City Samobor, there was authorized additional 1.150.000 kn for buying out the part of the business location of the Department store Sama and 1.200.000 kn for completion of works on the upgrading of Elementary School Milana Langa in Bregana, i.e. for constitution of gas boiler room and aquiring furniture for the school kitchen.

The headquarters has endorsed the Decision of keeping animals on the Samobor area, and in which it is established that animals can be held only in zones where are conditions, as well as in the zones where there is no collective housing construction. The city is devided in three zones, and in the first zone ( the area of six local committees of City Samobor and a part of settlement Bregana and Lug ) it is forbbiden to keep pigs and horses, and on an exceptional basis it is allowed to keep poultry and other birds, and rabbits and fur-bearing animals with a maximum of three pieces with a young, solely for hobbies. In the second zone ( settlements that are in the border territories of Samobor ) it is allowed to keep to 20 pieces of poultry and 10 rabbits with youngs and 5 horses, 6 cattles, 20 goats and sheep, as well as 10 pigs.

This proposition has to be pondered by city councils.
The school board of Elementary School of Bogumila Tonija has accepted the initiative of City Samobor for the transference of rights of using and maintaining  sport objects to the institution Sports objects Samobor. That is how the Institution SOS will from now on organize the sports hall with stands and locker rooms, fighting hall with a gallery and locker rooms and tennis courts, on which there will be a special agreement with the school. We remind that, these objects has the City council included in the Deciosion on the sports objects of special interest to the city. The school committee has asked that the athletic arenas, as the only ones in the Zagreb county, are used and maintained by the Institution SOS.
