Yossi Attia has been a real estate developer since 2000. Prior to entering the real estate development industry, he served as Senior Vice President of Investments at Interfirst Capital. Attia was also Senior Vice President of Sutro & Co. and Vice President of Investments at Prudential Securities. He holds a BA in economics and marketing from Haifa University and a MBA from Pepperdine University. Mr. Attia currently serves on the Board of Directors for Emvelco (NASDAQ: EMVL) and Atia Group (ATIA.L and ATIA.TA)
SHALOM ATIA
Vice President – European Operations
Mr. Shalom Atia is involved in the real-estate construction and development industry for over fifteen years. His background has covered all aspects of developments from planning to completition. Mr. Atia has worked as a consultant and a partner / owner, focusing on project management on site, cost accounting, and marketing management from a financial role. During the past fifteen years Mr. Atia has been self employed, and has owned a number of real estate properties, as well as other operating companies. Mr. Atia currently serves on the Board of The Atia Group (ATIA.L and ATIA.TA).
DANNY OFFER
Chief Financial Officer
Danny Offer has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1984. Prior to joining the Atia Group, Mr. Offer served as CFO of RomTech Ltd., an Israeli public company traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange that was dedicated to early stage investments and Development Companies. Prior to joining RomTech, Mr. Offer served as CFO of LIRAL GROUP, an International investment company in Russia and the CIS marketplace. The main activities of the company are plastic goods production, innovation activity in agriculture, warehousing, food production, security, and other activities. Mr. Offer practice as a Senior Audit Manager with Kesselman & Kesselman, Certified Public Accountants in Israel, a Member of PriceWaterhouseCoopers Global. Mr. Offer holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Haifa University.
MLADEN POROPAT
Business Manager
Mr. Poropat is a Business Manager for Atia Group in Croatia. His background and skill set include on-site property management, sales, financing, and managing legaland operational aspects of real estate transactions. Mr. Poropat has served as Purchasing Manager at Adriatic Luxury Hotels, a Member of the Board of Directors Lumik Ltd., and CEO of an advertising agency.
