The company is currently exploring other opportunities in the same market for similar projects.
In Croatia the Atia Group has experienced great success in the last four years selling out their first multy-family projects, Villas Park and Villa Del Mar in Istria.
Additionally, the Atia Group has secured approximately 81,000m2 in a suburb of Zagreb for the master planned community of Samobor Gardens which is currently under construction.
